V0.5.5: The Cooking Update (Part 1)


Hello, it's been a bit longer than expected. But on the bright side, my procrastination has given me time to come up with some big improvements to the game!

Behold: The Cooking Update (Part 1)!

We've got the beginnings of the Cooking system in place, and a new skill added accordingly (plus a Crafting Skill, but that's not quite in use yet). Now not only are Fish useful for something other than selling to the Fishmonger (cooking and eating them), but there's also a new, meat-providing enemy in the Vielessen Plains!

Also, I think this update is big enough to finally do something I should've done a while ago: Add the new thumbnail (made by Bun)!

+(Officially) Added Cooking and Crafting Skills

+Added new beast in the Vielessen Plains

+Added Field Dressing for certain enemies (requires dagger) (The Noble is too good for such filthy tasks, hmph!)

+New Items

+New Weapon/Tool: The Hatchet! (Same stats as the Rusty Shortsword, but with additional utility)

+New encounters in the Dechrau Woods and Vielessen

+Various Bug Fixes

+Slight Digestion rework

+Revamped Inventory system! Now Inventory is subdivided into organized categories

+New building/recovery area in Wodsedge!

+Big Camping revamp! You can now Cook and Wait when setting up camp in addition to Sleeping.

+Fixed/Tweaked Vielessen Wandering System. Hopefully finding the Bakery should be easier now.
